Stephanie T. Nunez
- Commercial Litigation
Ms. Núñez practices primarily in the area of commercial litigation and has worked on matters including FINRA arbitrations, commercial tort claims, insurance coverage defense, director and officer liability claims, and contract disputes as well as toxic tort claims and civil rights disability and discrimination claims.
Ms. Núñez earned her Bachelor's Degree in Economics cum laude from the Honors College at Florida International University (2009) and went on to graduate from the Florida International University College of Law (2012). She is a member of The Florida Bar and admitted to practice in state courts throughout Florida as well as federal courts in the Southern District of Florida and the Eastern District of Missouri.
Ms. Núñez was a member of the Law Review at the FIU College of Law and served on the Board of Editors as an Articles and Comments' Editor. Ms. Núñez was also selected to work as a Research Assistant for three different professors, conducting research in the areas of health law and the economic policies driving health regulations, environmental law and policy, and international and domestic human rights law. She was recognized as an outstanding student for her service and dedication to the FIU Environmental Law Clinic and, as a practicing attorney, worked with the FIU clinical program as a teaching assistant for the Environmental Law Clinic.
