RICHARD L. Mr. Williams has been a partner of several of the state's biggest law firms. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida (including its Trial Bar), the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Tax Court, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a graduate of Duke University (B.A. 1969), the University of Florida (J.D. 1972), and Harvard Law School (LL.M. 1973) and received numerous distinctions and awards while in school and after.
